OPENING EVENT You are cordially invited to the
2008 SEASON KICK OFF COCKTAIL PARTY
Saturday June 7th
4:00pm to 7:00 pm
at Cataumet Boats Inc, Bourne MA
In addition to learning about this season’s Cape
& Island Grady-White owner’s events, at 5:00
pm a representative of Raymarine Electronics will be
giving a presentation. He will detail how we can all
get more use from the electronics in our boats. Bring
your questions, issues and comments. It promises to
be entertaining and informative.
Tentative Boating Event Schedule for the Summer of
2008

Sunday June 29, 2008- Tarpaulin Cove in the Elizabeth
Islands has been chosen as the first group destination.
Everyone enjoyed the location last year.

Saturday August 9, 2008- The second get together
will be near Chatham at a location to be determined.
The date also coincides with the Outermost Harbor/
Cataumet Boats Customer Appreciation Party. More
information to come.

Sunday September 7, 2008- Oak Bluffs will be our
third destination. The crowds will be less, the
weather will be great and the company will be even
greater. Some of us are going over and staying the
Saturday before the meeting. Anyone who would like
to make a reservation to stay over the night before
should let us know as soon as possible.
Volunteers are needed. We could use one person to act
as a cruise director for each of the three on the water
get-togethers. The cruise director would help with some
of the minor details that will need to be worked out.
The job could be split between a few people.
Please let us know if you will be attending
the opening event. It will be fun and informative.
